Hotel name is Palace Hotel & Spa .But this hotel nothing to do as a SPA hotel except over price and unquality massage service . OLD AND DIRTY POOL . jACUZZI WAS OLD AND NOT WORK PROPARLY .Carparking is somewhere ,!!!!!and another SUPRISE on the check-out . $15 PER DAY extra RESORT FEE . and this hotel is not even RESORT . FINAL PRICE WHICH YOU PAID TO HOTELS.COM + $15 (RESORT FEE) !!!!! . UNSATISFIED STAYING . For this price YOU CAN FIND much much better HOTELS . DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY FOR THIS HOTEL.

The room was adequate, bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Overall satisfactory.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and now find that they have cut out complimentary water in the rooms and the Sunday Buffet has been scaled down. Their were no king bed rooms upon arrival as I requested and our room was missing lotion and shower gel,which was quickly rectified.

Pool furniture needs to be preassure washed, backs of some lounge chairs were filthy. Pool patio bar needs upgrading and cleaning.

Hotel was clean and a nice place to stay. I had an emergency and had to check out early and the hotel wouldn't refund for the nights I didn't stay. I thought that was rather unaccommodating.

For the price of the rooms I thought it was a nice place to stay. The beds were really comfortable and the staff was really nice. If I'm ever in Orlando again I would like to stay there again and would recommend friends and family to stay there as well.

Hotel has seen better days. Weeds growing on the patio, scraps of paper all over the floor outside our room, even after the maids came in the morning.

This hotel appeared to be a luxury property within Disney grounds. The hotel was very quiet on arrival and departure, and none of the public areas ever seemed to be busy or crowded when we were there. The rooms, while not spacious, were clean and comfortable, with a small balcony, HDTV and attractive decor. The little coffee shop downstairs was definitely overpriced, as was the adjacent self-service grocery store. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely, jacuzzi was not warm enough, towels were aplenty. No lifeguard on duty whenever we were there, and it was not really geared to kids, i.e. no slides or kids' amenities poolside. Other reviews complained about the distance to self parking, and this was a small yet acceptable complaint considering the terrific price/value of this hotel.

If you are looking for a great hotel that is clean and contemporary at a low price then this is your hotel! I did a lot of research before I planned my honeymoon to Orlando. I looked at a lot of hotels and decided on Buena Vista Palace because of a number of positive things. 1. It has been remodeled and the rooms look really nice and modern. 2. I was really excited that this was the closest hotel to Downtown Disney, the Marketplace entrance to Downtown Disney is literraly right accross the street. 3. The hotel provides transportation to Disney parks, or you can just go accross the street and catch one of the Disney busses. 4. The value of what you get for what you pay is incredible. The hotel is a 4 star hotel at a 3 star price. If you like the idea of staying at this hotel but are considering between others, I am telling you that if you choose Buena Vista Palace you won't be dissapointed.

Nice hotel, the pool was great. Across the street from downtown Disney. Free shuttle buses to all four parks.Good parking too, only problem was the shower took quite a while to heat up.

Only stayed 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. I highly recommend it.

hotel was perfectly located to disney and across the street from downtown disney. bed was great and the only problem was a broken remote control which the staff switched out promptly. for the price this is a great hotel would stay again.

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our visit....

This hotel was very nice and with the stay 3 nights get the 4th free we thought we were getting a great deal considering its location, but it had a 16. a day "resort fee' that at the end of the 4 days totaled at least that 4th night we "saved" on. The "shuttle" was a bus that came every 30 mins after stopping at 2 other hotels to pick up families going to the parks, so the word sardines comes to mind. and it took 30+ mins to get back to the hotel at the end of the day because on the return trip you are the last stop. otherwise the hotel was clean, the staff great and our disney view room was very nice.

Food was great, Waitstaff was exceptional especially Joan in the Watercress Cafe and Cheryl in the Sports Bar. Transportation to theme parks was convenient and on time. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Looking forward to our next trip.

I wish that the additional costs for the hotel we all inclusive with the listed price.

COMFORTABLE ROOM BUT NOT THE WESTIN, HOWEVER I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THE FACT THAT THE MAIDS WENT THRU THE BAGS AND AS WELL AS MY LAPTOP, AND AS I HAD CALL MGMT THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL. AND DO NOT VALET AT ALL THE VALET PEOPLE DRIVE VERY VERY VERY ROUGH AND THE RESORT FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS(HOTELS.COM GAVE NO NOTICE OF THIS FEE) I WAS STUCK WITH PAYING 19 BUCKS A NIGHT AND TOP OF THAT THE PARKING WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE JUST AS THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABT YOUR PROBLEMS OR NEEDS. HORRIBLE STAY NEVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DONT STAY THERE AT ALL.

Hotel overall was good, but we went when they where doing repairs so we had water lock off. They did not inform the guest, so when we went to have a bath there was no water. despite this the room was clean and very comfortable.

This was a very nice hotel. The service was great, rooms were amazing - very comfortable, nice view ... The only downfall was that after we got there we were REQUIRED to pay an additional fee PER DAY for the use of extra amenities - most of which we never used. We stayed for 4 nights, and the extra fees cost as much as paying for an extra night.

The sofa bed was terrible. The resturant was not so good either. The cost of food in the store was outragous. The pool was nice.

A great place to stay! The location is exceptional...you can walk to Downtown Disney in about 2 minutes, a great shortcut being through the pool area. It is clean (and I am a clean freak), and the beds are very comfortable too. The restaurants are pricey, but the convenience store, serving sandwiches, salads, and pastries, is comparable to most other locations throughout Disney World. I don't mind the resort fee since I always bring my computer along. The parking is fine if you use the buses from the hotel or the Disney buses at Downtown. I don't understand all the complaints I have been reading about this hotel. I say "Who could ask for more at these prices"? You are getting what you are paying for and then some. Been here at least 3 times and I will be back a few more times before the end of the year. Love it at this hotel!!!!

Amazing hotel, could not have asked for more. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Made our trip excellent. Word of advice- add $15 dollars onto whatever price you pay. You will recieve a bill for that amount on your last day for resort charges. Word to the wise- VERY pricey room service.

Truly one of the best resort that we have stayed at for value, location, amenties,and friendly abounds.

Staff was very friendy and courteous. This is my second stay at this hotel and it is always a pleasure

The hotel service was exquisite, room was VERY clean, view was great of Disney on the 14th floor. Parking was a little inconvenient if you didn't use the valet but we hoofed it a couple times coming back from the attractions. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and pillows the same. Wish there was more electrical outlets in the room. Also beware of that hotel resort fee that they say is $12, turns out it's about $19 after they are done taxing you. Nice gift shop, ground floor smelled a little dingy and we didn't get to use the pool facilities because our stay was so short. It sure looked inviting from the balcony! Highly recommend this hotel, it was great.

great room for the price if it wasn,t for the garbage trucks that woke us up in the morning. i,d stay here again but would ask for a different room. the spa was also nice except for the massage, i've had better and longer for the price.

We stayed at The Buena Vista Palace for 9 nights and it was wonderful! The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and always warm and friendly. The hotel has great services and could not be in a better location in Disney (its directly across the road from Downtown Disney!!) We will definitley stay here again and would advise others to do so also!

We had an upgrade because we arrived 2 hours early and we were excited to get a balcony view. It was gorgeous overlooking Downtown Disney. The room was clean-BUT it had a musty/moldy odor. Parking was a challenge if you did not pay the $15 daily valet fee. Other than that the beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and we had a good time in Orlando.

After all the lines and crowds, the room was our escape.Sitting on the balcony and enjoying an evening cocktail was a great way to end the day. Room and bathroom are roomy, and the beds are quite comfortable. Be sure and put the "do not disturb" sign in the lock or you'll find room service ready to come in before 8:00am. I read about the complaints of parking being too far from the building, but for only 16.00/day you can't beat the convenience of valet service. Our 5 and 7 year old grandkids enjoyed the Sunday breakfast with the Goofy, Minnie, and Daffy.

I was extremely surprised at how nice the hotel was. The service was great and the location couldn't be any better (across the street from Downtown Disney). My suggestion would be to rent a car, none-the-less. The hotel buffet is rather expensive (despite 20% off coupon) and the selection was not so great. I would suggest driving to the many local restaurants in the area for meals. The 24 hour access to the pool was the best ammenity I've found in the area. The weather was hot and humid, so having the ability to take a dip at midnight was a nice treat.

THE BEDS WHERE VERY COMFORTABLE, POOL AND HOT TUB JUST LOVELY. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT...THE KIDS LOVED THE CHARACTER BREAKFAST ...MINNIE & GOOFY WAS AROUND TO TAKE PICTURES!!...I WOULD DEFINATELY VACATION HERE AGAIN. MY FAMILY AND I HAD AN AWESOME TIME!!!

Very nice hotel, very comfortable bed and lots of pillows.. However the surcharge of 14.97 a day was never told to us for resort fees. That should be added in the room cost end of story not surprise you at checkout.

Well, I guess I'm kind of a weird hotel guest; I like a very cool room, and I don't want to walk far from the car to the room. The hotel is nice, but when we checked in they only had a king bed in their "Island Building" which was an extra walk out past the swimming pools. Our room's balcony overlooked the roof and air conditioning for the hotel - the view was so bad I took a picture of it. While this is not a deal breaker, the air conditioning in the room was. With the thermostat set at 65 our entire stay, I doubt the temmperature ever got below 78 or 80. The system just doesn't respond to lower settings. The trek from the car to the room can take some patience. The parking lot is big, but full, requiring a distant parking space. So you walk a ways to get into the hotel, take an escalator up a floor, so you can access the elevators to go down to the ground floor, walk through the hotel, out the door, past the pools, into another building, up another elevator, down the hall, to your room. It's a fairly nice hotel, but I think I'll find something else next trip to Disney! Definitely something cooler!
